Should the Park be due to closed, or you are not allowed to travel due to Covid-19, we will offer a postponement or full refund
We are taking every precaution to ensure high standards of cleanliness in our facilities in order to prevent the spread of Coronavirus on the Park protecting the local community, staff and guests alike.
We have been advised by the government that we need to take all precautions to prevent any further spread of the virus which are now in place.. This is not an issue as each accommodation is self contained and usually contains family units.
To prevent the spread of Covid-19, guests in the future will need to bring their own duvets, pillows, sheets, duvet covers , pillowcases ,towels, bathmats and products use for cleaning as they are seen as communal and hard to completely sanatise. We have removed all soft furnishings (throws, cushions etc) We will need guests to ensure that they check out in a timely manner in order to allow us the extra time needed to sanatise the accommodation after they have left
Hot tub use per day is limited and information of its use will be given on arrival
Guests who are not from the same household will be asked to book seperate accommodations
Family and friends that book more than 1 accommodation will be unable to mix in groups of more than 6 as per the governments current legislation. Guests should be from the same household and social bubble.
We will enforce this law vigorously, and any breaches may mean we will ask you to leave the Park without refund.
Each unit has an information booklet that highlights instructions for your safety whilst staying with us.
We regret that we will be unable to provide cots or high chairs under the current restrictions and visitors will no longer be allowed on Park
